Every year, educators from around the country visit Stevenson High School to hear from and talk with members of its professional learning community. All funds from Stevenson Site Visits benefit the Stevenson Kids in Need Fund. Members of the Foundation volunteer at each site visit - one to two volunteers at the start of the day, one at lunch, and one to conclude the visit.
Day One (7:00 am - 3:15 pm) offers participants a full day with Stevenson administrators, faculty, staff, and students, learning how our policies and procedures support our professional learning community.
Day Two (8:00 am - 11:00 am) allows participants to engage in focused conversations in their choice of one of these four areas:
- Leadership
- Evidence-Based Assessment and Grading Practices
- Social Emotional Learning
- Response to Intervention
